More on matrimonial ads on Rediff

What is it with the matrimonial ads on Rediff and atrocious errors? The curd surd ad was actually very tame, and even professional compared to many others. Here's another example:

Hi i m running couching classes(sort of institutes)self depended girl.

I'm no Shakespeare, but I hope for her own sake this woman is running 'coaching' classes and not 'couching' classes. I make my share of typos and grammatical errors, but this short sentence has almost a dozen of them. This is from someone who says she has an MA in 'English literatura' (sic) and a BA in Music. It is hard for me to imagine her and the many other advertisers making the kind of mistakes they make. Do advertisers compose their own text, which is then displayed verbatim on the site, or is an incompetent person transcribing the text for them based on a phone conversation? I thought it was the latter given the number of ridiculous ads, but then I have come across competently written ones too. So what gives?
